"Went in here on Monday 3/10/2022 @1430. Went to find a member of staff to get the other trainer to the one I wanted. The staff were chatting to each other and a male member of staff asked a female staff member to see what I wanted. When I asked about to get the other trainer she went up to a young male member of staff and started to click her fingers in his face telling him to get it and where they were. Ive thought on this and I think this is absolutely unacceptable in a work place bordering on bullying If this is acceptable in your work place I will never go into your shop again . Totally disgusting in this day and age I hope this addressed as I've given time and date so you can check your rota"
"I just wanted to say that today I thunk I encountered one of the rudest people in sportsworld. It was another customer demanding a refund despite the policy that was in huge letters by the till. I would like to also say the manager and two female members of staff that dealt with the situation handled it perfectly."
