On making enquiries with the company, I was informed that I could order the material so that I would be able to have it recovered. The material arrived via courier two days after being ordered. The service and communication I received from the company was excellent, helpful and very efficient. Thank you Cuddles Collection."

"Having bought a few products from Cuddles at the Excel Baby show this year before our baby was due we have found everything to be well made and very reasonably priced, we got home and realized just how well things were made after giving only a quick once over at the show. Our daughter now was born not long after the show, and has been fascinated with the nursing pillow in particular ever since day one (Literally!) Its her favourite thing to look at over toy time and is always happy to be on it. We've had a bit of a mishap which meant we needed to get in touch with Cuddles and I can honestly say they've been absolutely stellar, even down to making another item for us that they didn't have in stock anymore with the same patterning that our daughter loves so much and I honestly can't thank them enough! 5* products, and 5* service, even before contacting them for help!"

"We bought our nursing pillow from The Baby Show in Feb and have used it since April! Its Amazing. Colourful patterns and lovingly handmade pillow. 100% recommended by our family as our 4 month old uses this for feeding, tummy time and generally loves looking and playing with it :) communication with company is fast and they also do extra covers if you need them."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am absolutely disgusted with this company as a whole. I bought a Moses basket off them at the Birmingham Baby show back in May and have just put it together with us expecting our baby in the next few weeks. The quality of the product was disgraceful with pieces of wood being cut at different lengths which therefore made the product not rock right or evenly. The actual Moses basket also did not sit level on the stand by about a cm on one side which created a big problem similar to when you get a table with a wonky uneven leg. My complaint does not end there... when I contacted the company they would do nothing to rectify this problem other than blame my partners construction skills (hard to blame when all the holes are pre drilled) or suggest we pay for postage to send it to them to fix? Also saying they were “doing us a favour” like it was our fault... very rude customer service!! They would not take responsibility and have caused us great inconvenience just before our baby is due. Avoid!! My advice, spend the extra money and get it from a reliable friendly company!!"
