"AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE This business is an alternative trading name for the sewing room, see that review for full details, however it can be summarised as follows; my order was delayed by nearly a month and when it arrived, half of it was missing. I complained in writing by text message, not knowing their email address and not wishing to waste time and paper producing a letter. The response to this was that the owner approached me in the car park and forced entry into my car! The owner denies this but was unaware that the incident was captured on my dash cam. Disgraceful and unacceptable behaviour. Avoid. RESPONSE IN REPLY TO THE OWNER I would appreciate seeing this CCTV footage as it will indeed confirm what happened. You approached my car and opened the door, this is totally unacceptable as most people would agree. The fact that you resort lies and name calling only serves to support my claim of aggression. And as for my 'brutal' text message, I will post it below and people can make up their own mind. The text message I sent was as follows: "Just collected my order, well, half of it. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers over 2 weeks ago and was only able to pick up 1 today. Such a long wait for half an order really isn't good enough. It's a shame because the alterations were very good and I have more alterations to get done but after this I'll be taking my business elsewhere." Once again, I have no interest in tarnishing the reputation of a reputable company, but your 3 do not fit this criteria."
