"Visited this store for the first time yesterday and will be my last visit. Myself my daughter and my 1yr old grandson and one other family were the only people in the store and I think 2 members of staff. We waited for a member of staff to appear so we could get some trainers for my grandson but when the staff appeared, they were with the other family.. we waited and decided to look at tracksuits for him whilst we waited. We went back and waited for the staff member to finish the shoe service and become available to help us get the trainers but they dissappeared. This was about 25mins later, we decided to pay for the tracksuit instead and get trainers another day. We stood at the till and nothing. The staff member appeared to be of personal shopping assistant to what appeared to be her friend. We waited about 10minutes at the till until we left with nothing. We past the other member of staff outside smoking. Absolutely disgusting won't be using again."
"It's an ok shop with ok prices. However, one of the staff members came up to us and offered help. Five minutes later he hadn't returned so we asked another member of staff. The guy had GONE ON A LUNCH BREAK so we waited five minutes just to find out that the guy wasn't even going to help. The staff member that helped us was actually very kind. I just don't think it's acceptable to offer help and go on a break."
