"Really disappointed with this service and would not recommend. My first "deep clean" was very disappointing and I made a complaint to which the owner did not respond I had to chase her up for assurance and despite the cleaning being at a higher standard following this, there was no offer of rectifying the original poor service. The last clean I had booked did not show up, after waiting for 35 minutes I had to phone the owner who informed me that the cleaner had phoned in sick (note I had to chase them!) I was told my clean would not be completed that day. Another date several days later was offered but this was not convenient for me so I asked for a refund which was agreed.. a week later I had not received my refund, I chased the owner and was once again ignored! Afurther week later I chased again, this time a response cameassuring me that it would be completed that day but over a week later I still have not received a refund for a clean that was not completed. This service is unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable."
