"The guys came to clean my windows today At short notice as I had been let down They cleaned the windows with pure water As I wanted the window frames also cleaned A few of my windows are over a large conservatory they even managed to do those I’ve also booked in to have my gutters cleaned next week and my conservatory roof. "Sad to have to leave this review, great communication when enquired and quick response, however very poor standard of exterior window cleaning. When I went to check the windows they were still dirty as were the doors and the sills, dripping with water and had muck and cobwebs that hadn’t been removed. I had to request for them to be cleaned again, even then poor quality of clean, windows were left to dry naturally. When questioning this I was told this is normal, but now I have awful water streaks and spots. I was told I’d need a “deep clean” and more time to remove the marks which being 9months pregnant I was able to do with a wipe and the use of cif in a few seconds once they had left. Very disappointed in the quality, and would not recommend. I cannot understand how when cleaning windows you don’t actually remove all marks on windows and sills, surely this is the cleaning service clients are paying for.? If your 1st visit entails spraying with water and removing bare minimum dirt of the surface I would strongly advise you let customers know, so we can make an informed decision."
