"Waited over 3 hours after being told it's a 2 hour wait. Even with waits like that, they require you to sit in the small, poorly ventilated waiting room the entire time. Receptionist was nice; doctor was pretty rude."
"went there for few times, and every time, the nurses and doctors are absolutely friendly and professional. I went for IUD today, and the nurse who inserted the IUD is lovely. The nurse assistant, Mike, was holding my hand throughout the process. He even wrote me a remind note of "hot water bottle" because it's completely new thing to me. They suggested where to buy, and explained patiently again and again what to do etc... because the pain during IUD completely lost my mind. The only negative review I can give is that every time I have to wait 30-60 minutes even if I reach earlier for the appointment. I guess because they are busy... but it is not a big problem for me... other patients who have busy schedules might think is a problem."
"I must admit that in the past I had a few unfriendly experiences with the reception staff, or I’d come round and be told that there is no walk in today everyone is booked up etc. So now I always call before coming in to check that it’s fine. At the same time I had amazing experiences where lady on reception absolutely helped me sort out my go registration even though it wasn’t in her responsibilities, and today the young lad on the reception was super polite and nice. The wait time is never longer than 40-60 minutes which is fantastic considering that in some walk ins in the past I had to wait for 3 hours. Doctors and nurses are all very friendly and respectful!"
"The nurses are outstanding. There was a 2 hour wait and some people that were waiting were complaining about this. When the nurses called a patient through, some people cheered which very clearly upset the nurse but she never said anything. When I was called through, I asked her if she was OK as I could see she was still very upset. Not breaking professionalism, she said she was OK and that her and her team were doing the best they can. Shame on you the general public for forgetting these nurses are humans too!! Go to A&E and wait 8 hours to be seen as you have attended for something that clearly isn't a life or limb emergency or call your GP and wait 2 weeks to be seen. 2 hours is nothing in comparison and if you're that unwell, you will happy to wait any length of time to get help and advice. Continue to abuse and bully the NHS staff and nurses, they will leave closing such a vital service. Thank you to the wonderful nurse that helped and reassured me, your advice and care was brilliant."
