"Driver refused to deliver the sofa on arrival at my house, very aggressive and rude. As a customer I've never been spoken to like this in my life. As a female it's very intimidating having a large man speak to you in such an aggressive way. Drivers name was Mark, highly suggest the company reviewing whether this man should be representing their company in this way. Additionally never actually received the sofa because he left before delivering it. Disappointing and sad that some men think it's ok to speak to customers and ladies in such a way."
"Terrible.. took and day of work and waiting. In and they have just rang my partner and told her they have had a ‘vehicle malfunction’ and it will be delivered tomorrow. I rang him up muself and I could hear him driving perfectly fine but he hung up on me. Our delivery was clearly a bit further than what he wanted to travel and wanted to finish and get home so he lied and didn’t come. Terrible."
