"This passport office it is an absolute mess. Our family cannot get a child's passport for the second year in a row!!! Our application has already been lost many times by the employees of the passport office, and we have to fill out and post it 4 times as well took photos for our baby 3 times. The passport desk took 3 original family documents and keeps them all this time. We have already written complaints many times, but there is no quality communication. There is no passport, our whole family has been without a family vacation for a year. Because our baby can’t get passport. We couldn't even fly and pay tribute to our queen Elizabeth II & with such an unprofessional team in this passport office we most probably won’t have chance to attend King Charles III coronation ! They don’t give any information apart you are applying overseas so we don’t give any limitations in time when it will be done. If I could give “- “stars I would."

"Couldn’t thank them enough for such a quick and efficient service, wish I could personally thank the lady who initially helped us. Although I’m sure there are multiple people who deserve credit. After we made the silliest mistake of not checking all the passports expiry dates, we found ourselves needing a kids passport just a few days before we flew. I don’t know if we were just lucky or the passport office went above and beyond to help, but either way we are extremely grateful and are very happy it arrived in time! We were pleased with the overall service, so even if the passport hadn’t arrived it would still have been 5 stars. Thank you"

"This review is only for the Belfast Passport Office They are absolutely fantastic I sent off to renew my passport it was sent to the Belfast office instead of Peterborough England Office which I thought was a bit strange. But anyway that was 9 days ago, today I received my new passport, they send you txt messages every step of the way from start to finish. My friend sent off for his new passport that was 3 months ago his went to Peterborough and he still hasn't got his new passport. But to be honest I'm not surprised England workers are terrible. Belfast office is the best in the UK . Big thankyou to all the hard workers at the Belfast Passport Office. E."

"Had a 7 day fast track appointment which was on time, security staff were friendly & smiley, reception was friendly & smiley and young lady doing appointment was friendly & smiley. All in all everyone was happy and I received my passport 2 days later. If Carling did passport offices - it would be the Belfast Office."
