"Amazing place to visit especially if your big into your birds! Ladies there where extremely welcoming and let me and my partner come in and Check it out without even charging us! Clearly had extensive knowledge on there birds and where able to go into detail with any one we saw, didn’t catch her name but she had a short blonde Bob with a fringe and another lady called Ruth with her. Will definitely be back for some more fun and bird watching. Hospitality , kindness and warmth was felt all throughout. Can’t thank them enough :)"
"A great place to see waders and other birds throughout the year. Exceptional staff and knowledgeable volunteers. Plenty of binoculars and 'scopes, bird books and information. Get out to the hides as the weather allows! Everyone is welcome:)"
"Fantastic little nature reserve that is well managed by the RSPB. Staff and volunteers particularly welcoming and knowledgeable. Very welcoming to families and has little kids corner to keep the younger ones occupied. Saw lots of different bird species which was exactly what it's all about"
"Great place to visit. Three pounds entrance fee for non RSPB members, though you can stay as long as you wish. Both Gerome and Denis are very knowledgeable about the birds and the setup of the place. You can borrow binoculars and they will also let you look through their telescopes. I believe you can get drinks and snacks here, we didn't need a drink, and there are public toilets. Lots of birds to see when we went but it is a good idea to go during high tide. Very enjoyable experience."
