"Terrible service. Put in all my information and details on their website, wrote on their website that I'm on the first floor but that there are lifts and that I wanted two rooms cleaned. Got a message from Natalie, explained to her and after several hours I finally got a quote which was wrong. Natalie then dropped it on me that actually they can't provide services to the first floor as the machine is too big? So this company only provides services to buildings on the ground floor?? What an absolute waste of time."
