"Friendly, but unreliable with poor communication. Edit after response from owner: David, the clean was scheduled for the Sunday and I really needed the clean to be moved to the day before as I was moving out and the landlords needed it to be clean for the new tenants. At no point was I told that it wouldn't be possible on a weekend, and in fact, when requesting the change to the Saturday, you said that it would be absolutely fine. So, obviously I was surprised when the landlords told me that no one had been and that they were charging me for the clean they had to do themselves."
