"It's a Wineflair conveniently situated in the centre of temporary Student accommodation. £5 for 4 tins of bud. Never brings in any business during the holiday season but still, it's always a recipe for disaster, for Students don't come and stay in this area to study. They come and get totally tanked on the stuff that this place sells and reek havoc, particularly during St Patricks day.. When all hell literally breaks loose... Blame the beer.."
