"Took 4 boys bowling the new bowling lanes were brill and staff was very friendly and helpful the boys had a brilliant Time and loved playing on the arcade machines the bowling was good value for money and plenty of parking for the centre designated in the leisure centre car park would defiantly go again nice clean and vibrant atmosphere"

"I would absolutely NOT recommend making a booking with this centre. I made a booking for 5pm on New Year’s Eve and paid in full nearly 2 months prior, at the time of booking I provided my phone number and email address. We arrived at the centre on New Year’s Eve to find a sign on the door stating it was closed due to staff illness. I didn’t receive a call or even an email to notify me of closure which would of allowed me time to make alternative arrangements unfortunately like other families we were stood outside a closed centre with very upset children and at that point everywhere else was fully booked which left us without plans. The centre has since deleted posts which I and other upset customers shared our poor experience! I have spoke with a manager, Emma who informed me I will receive a refund (which goes without saying) but rather than be met with compassion Emma was hostile and at several points within our conversation shouted over me and informed me that she had only just got back from annual leave (not sure why that holds any relevance to my complaint). Emma stated that the centre is ran with 6 members of staff who were all struck down with covid - whether this is true or not I’m sure 1 member of staff could of worked from home and emailed paying customers… also just to note the centre is open only 3 days later so if the staff had been struck down with covid they appear to have recovered very quickly!!! Emma did offer a free bowling session after much argument, but after thought we will not be taking Emma up on this offer as we would not feel comfortable at centre as I can only imagine how we would be treated in person based on the way I was spoken to on the phone. Again I wouldn’t recommend booking anything with this centre due to how unreliable they are, their communication is non existent and management are very rude I would hate for another family to face disappointment especially on a special occasion."

"Went bowling with my daughter and her friend this afternoon, reasonable price for the amount of games that you could play. Staff were very friendly giving tips and advice to the kids on how to do better. Slots and other games to play and a reasonably priced bar and food menu for adults and children. Clean and well laid out for adults to relax with free parking!"

"The genesis entertainment indoor marquee is a perfect setting for any parties etc, the staff were very friendly and provided impeccable service for myself and my guests, would definitely choose this venue to host a party again in the future! :) Mehreen"

"Great place for an afternoon out, we did the bowling and although our first lane was faulty it wasn’t too long until we were throwing the balls down. Cheap beverages. My only Criticism is the parking, quite difficult to work out we we were supposed to do. But great value for money."
