"We are doing a full house renovation and ordered all of our tiles from J & W McCalls on the Ballynahinch Road. We dealt with Selena who I could not recommend more! Selena was so helpful, went above and beyond to share her knowledge and expertise and made the experience of picking tiles enjoyable and hassle free. Selena was excellent at keeping us informed as to delivery dates etc throughout the whole process from we left the showroom to the day our tiles were delivered to our front door. We will most definitely be back for any tiles we need in the future and i can 100% recommend J & W McCalls!"

"After selecting McCall Tiles Carryduff , because it was a local family run business we purchased 26 Sq meters of tiles in July 2015. We selected a Tiler from a list of 6 supplied by McCalls. As the result of unacceptable work the Tiler was taken to the Small Claims Court who found in our favour. Disappointingly McCalls took no responsibility whatsoever, no customer service support! . We chose the tiler from the list McCalls gave us rather than find our own as the staff member had said if we had any issues she could lean on him, the tiler, to resolve matters. Our problem has still not been resolved. We would not use or recommend this company."
