"Awful customer service. Often don't have what you need. Tub of paint bust in the back of my car - the woman working there offered no help whatsoever, couldn't care less. I was an account holder with them too! None of them ever recognised me or my husband. Appalling people. Jacksons Saintfield is much better, approachable staff and wide selection of hardware essentials."
"Great people to deal with and very knowledgeable. Like most DIY retailers they have had difficulty in sourcing product from their suppliers during COVID but they do their utmost to find suitable alternative products. Good value and friendly staff."
"Very helpful staff and paint mixing service was interesting. I liked this place. A young man was polite, professional and very helpful. I got 5 litres of Dulux Chic Shadow, 2.5lt Crown Trade Imperial Gold and 1lt Aqua Gloss White. It actually worked out easier to go straight there as there are some issues in other shops. I would recommend this shop to everybody"
"I wanted to support local business but boy what a mistake! My recommendation take your money elsewhere! The shop made a mistake in my order and when I returned several hours later for an exchange they told me it couldn't be facilitated as the boss was not there. I asked to speak to the boss and despite the employee ringing him he refused to speak to me. I was told lies including the boss was busy with customers in another shop and I would have to come back again. Totally shocked by my experience."
"My first time to go into this store all I needed was 5 dowels to mend a cupboard. As I suspected they only came in bags of 50+, when I mentioned this to the owner he very kindly opened the bag and sold me 5 for 50p! So don’t let the slightly chaotic look of the place put you off, management are good people. Shop local and keep your community strong!"
