Tess and her team are fabulous, very professional, really know what they are doing, and do their very best for their clients. Fabulous colourists, take great care to explain the process and are all honest about what can be achieved, how long it will take, whether it's realistic, etc. Very strict about patch tests, COVID precautions, etc (all in the clients' best interests!). Love these guys to bits!"
