"I went to the salon after seeing the positive reviews and what a great idea! I did the facial cleansing service with Ala, how lovely! Firstly super professional and dedicated, and secondly a super nice person. She takes the time to explain each step and recommend which cream would be ideal for your skin, as well as making a thorough analysis of your skin type. I will be booking again as my skin looks so much beautiful and silky."
"I didn’t have a good experience here. I got a wax here a couple of times and the first time the beautician made me bleed and she laughed it off. The second time I asked for just a normal wax but the lady did a sugaring treatment on me as well as a wax without me knowing and then charged me extra when I went to pay which I was very angry about. I also got a lash lift here and had the worst results I’ve had with a lash lift before. Normally my lashes will then curl up nicely but this time they didn’t, she barley tinted them dark enough when I asked for the darkest tint and then they fell flat within a few days. Overall I don’t think I’ll be going back here again."
