"If I could offer zero stars to this place I would because their attitude towards customers is appalling. I messaged them on Facebook (because no one bothered answering the phone) on April 5th in order to know whether they are appointment only or not. They got back to me that same day and confirmed that they are appointment only. Confident that this is going well I sent another message asking to book an appointment. The person who manages the chat communication saw my appointment request message but never ever got back to me. Needless to say that I went to another hair salon as I really needed a haircut. I honestly don't have words for this kind of behaviour. Avoid at all costs if possible as they are a highly unprofessional team"

"I've had two appointments with Emily & without any hesitation I would absolutely recommend her! Originally, I came to Emily with a colour correction from a previous salon. She instantly identified the issues & put me at ease by clarifying that she would have no problems with putting right the wrong. She was naturally friendly throughout which was such a huge relief to me after having been through such a nasty hair experience with a salon outside of the area. Below is a photo which was taken after she had banished my incredible roots from the Lockdown. My hair is truly flourishing again, THANK YOU!"
