"First off, the receptionist is incredibly rude and makes you wait outside for 10-20 minutes and all the dentists who are working there say when the numbing needle is about to put it in your mouth they say "oh it's just a little scratch" or something like that and don't tell what they're about to do you could warn us instead of telling me to shut up and they reward the kids with stickers or "bendy pencils" that you cannot write with wth?!? Please fix these problems/issues"
