"Oh how I wish this garage was in our town and not 500 miles away as I’d use them every time if I could! At the end of a holiday down south we hit a monster pothole causing the steering to our Audi SQ5 to go heavy, after speaking to the local Audi approved garage they gave me the number to mb motors (which I thought was funny seeing as the are Mercedes specialists!) and I’m so glad they did. Stevie on the tools correctly identified the issue (knackered steering rack) and gave me some solid advice, laying it down straight as he could see the scary (audi) price tag was giving me second thoughts. I agreed with what he was saying and the mb team went to action to source parts and get my car fixed. They were aware that we only had 2 days until we had to be out of our accommodation, and I could see that the garage was busy, they moved mountains to make sure I could safely drive my family the 500 miles back to Scotland without delay. From the very nice lady at the desk, to the guys on the spanner’s this is a rock solid professional team and we will always be grateful for what they did for us, and a special mention to Stevie who even messaged me to make sure we got home ok, they’re lucky to have you there, I hope they pay you well!"
