"I would definitely never use this garage ever again! I had a MOT and it failed on my exhaust and suspension arm which I knew that was going to be the case with my car. I was told by Martyn on the phone that he was too busy to do the repairs which is understandable. He also told me that if another garage did the repairs they would have to have the whole of the front of my car off and my suspension arm was broken. I and my mum questioned this which they changed their story saying it was worn not broken which is a massive difference as I said if it was broken I would be steering off to the left. I took my car to another garage which was not this garage's recommendation. I had the repairs done and dropped it back to Sutton garage. Sutton garage said my car had failed the MOT again saying my cv boot had a split in and it was leaking fresh grease. I talked to other garage I used and they said they wouldn't let me drive my car if it had a leak or I wouldn't of damaged it driving back and said the leak would of been found on the first MOT. I spoke to Sutton Garage about this and Laura was not listening to what I was saying. My partner spoke to her and was getting the same attitude. At first they refused to let me have my car back and said it was not suitable to drive. I arranged a recovery truck with another garage and I told Sutton Garage what was happening which they changed the story yet again. In the end they let me have my car and I took it back to the garage that I always use and they did the repairs. I asked about the cv boot which they said it had been tampered with and they said it wasn't them or me so I would never use this garage unless you want to be conned with a lot of money."
