"Last year booked 2 weeks in advance for MOT. Asked to view the underneath of car so l could see myself. Told that would be ok. Booked in for 11am. Car not MOT'd until 1pm so l had to sit around in office for 2 and a half hours. Then l wanted to view the car underneath but told by the boss that would be difficult due to VOSA regs. Why not tell me that when l phoned 2 weeks b4.? Anyway did view the car and told there was corrosion but l could not see Anny so asked the mechanic and the boss to show me the corrosion. Neither could point it out. That says a lot! The boss is also rude and very abrupt. Will never go there again."

"We were on holiday in the area and our truck developed a grinding in the brakes. Took my truck in at 9am to have the brakes checked. I was called within 90 minutes with a full diagnostic and cost to repair. The price was extremely competitive and I had the car back before 1pm, excellent service, couldn't reccomend highly enough. None of the so called main garages (ATS, Kwik Fit, National Tyres would even take 5 minutes to look at the brakes. Ignore the big boys, keep it local! Thank you to Bill and the team"
