"Unfortunately my experience with the people at NPG wasn’t the best. My car suffered multiple issues which were rectified at quite a cost. However, the job hadn’t been fully completed and so back it went. Days turned into weeks and I eventually liberated my car to think about my next move… Thank goodness I did and now the fault has been rectified and it certainly didn’t cost me as much as I was being told. Friendly enough but comms let them down and that’s not great customer service."
