"I ordered an item from their web site on the 11/10/20 it said next day delivery ( and still does today ! ) to cut a long story short I never did get the item . I emailed them several times and eventually got a date for delivery WHICH NEVER HAPPENED . So I have given up on them and asked for a refund. I have ordered the item from another company and get delivery tomorrow . This was the first time I had tried to do business with this firm but will avoid them totally in the future. They never contacted me about the none supply I had to chase them up all the time. Customer service is none existent."
