"Scrapped a car. WL54NUU, saw it back on the road a couple weeks later . Even said to me to avoid cash in hand cowboys as they re-sell cars. ......these are the real cowboys. This is what these guys are doing......... I notified DVLA and told Clean Spares to scrap the car and they sold it back on to the road. Untrustworthy and they lie. Selling cars which were scrapped. DVLA have been informed. ** unfortunately when you're asked to scrap the car and tell your customers you're going to scrap the car then do the opposite, that's called being misleading and lying."
