"They did a decent job and got my truck fixed but communication could have been a little better. They said they'd call back to confirm parts availability but didn't. I chased this 4-5 times over a few days but couldn't ever get through and no one returned my messages until they called to let me know that the parts were already in and they were about to start the work."
"WOULD NOT USE AGAIN! We booked in our van into them for a repair under our business account we have with them. They had 3 numbers to contact us on before the repair could take place as we know Ford like to charge a lot for the simplest jobs. we asked them to remove the incorrect numbers from the account and only use our main landline number. Guess what...they rang the only phone number that we asked them to remove as it was someone else's number. apparently they got authorisation from that person and did the job! We rang them from our office to ask if its been looked at yet and they say the works are done and left a £250+vat bill for us to pay so we refused as we have not had a call, so every time after that, they say they are too busy to call back or they have apparently left a message on the wrong phone numbers mailbox?? the bloody office number is on the side of the company van in large blue numbers! Just a rubbish, unorganised, big headed company."
