Communication at its best from Phil great explanation of what and why he was doing repairs and with video footage as evidence which was not requested. This company literally goes the extra mile and above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend to friends and family. No job is too big or too small for this company. "OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I phoned MP Automotive and got a very good price to change the cambelt and water pump. He was able to do it next day so I dropped it off at 10.00 am as requested and he rang me to say it was all done and ready at 12.00. I was amazed at the service. Normally garages want your car first thing and keep it all day. Then you have to ring them to find out it's ready. I have often thought garages operate for their convenience and not the customers. I was even charged exactly what he had quoted me for.
