"Brought my Vauxhall Corsa in to Vauxhall Repair Centre in Ilkeston just over a week ago because my AC packed in, right before warm weather was due to come, they diagnosed the problem quickly and gave regular communication via telephone, gave pricing over the phone regarding used and new AC Compressors, I opted for a used one and they supplied and fitted it the same day, however after about 2 days of using AC when it was warm it packed in again, the joy of used parts and no fault of the garage. I rang up straight away when it happened because I use my car a lot for work as a community carer, they booked me in as quickly as they could and again kept in regular contact, they sorted the problem out again without any hassle, when I went to pick the vehicle up it was all done free of charge which is a massive deal, I was willing to pay for labour but they just said it was free of charge which prompts this review. I highly recommend this garage and there's a reason why they are highly regarded by many as there's many reviews with nothing but positive things to say. Not to mention the little bits and bobs they sorted on my car that needed addressing, all free and without a problem by the mechanics. "ABS light came on at speeds above 50mph on my partner's 2009 Vauxhall Corsa. Took it here as they came highly recommended, turned out it was the steering angle sensor, essentially it needed a new steering column. The problem was diagnosed within a half hour and we received a phone call the same day, considering the fault and work needed the £530 cost was actually really good....even better was the actual cost was less at £485. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable but friendly, approachable and polite. The level of communication was reassuring and efficient, they also gave us a free courtesy car which was a huge bonus. Will absolutely use them again if needed."
