"I had to take my car in for a MOT and service on Friday 21st October 2022 and was greeted by Rebecca on the reception desk, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informed me that my car had to be taken to the Vauxhall Dealership for it's MOT and that this would delay my service but she gave me cups of hot chocolate to keep me going. The MOT was great and my car passed and all I needed was an air conditioning clean which I paid for. This is my second car that I have purchased from Carstore Chilwell and I'm pleased to say the service plan that I signed up for when I purchased the car has been fantastic and I would recommend customers to consider as it's worth every penny. Staff are polite and it was a rainy day so I was comfortable and well looked after by Rebecca. I would have given a 5* but the wait this time was alot longer...the only negative factor."
