"I contacted them in April for a one-off clean and got convinced to try the 3-clean package which I requested to be done every 2 months. They kept forgetting to come until I text them and then in June they stopped responding and came in August automatically. Edit: I have never threatened to take the company to court as suggested in their reply…for what? Another example of the strange behaviour of these people. I had missed a message from them which stated that it was a rolling contract! Now I've had threatening phone calls to pay up for the full 3-clean contract or they will steal my bins! (which the council will replace for free). Bizarre behaviour and bullying tactics to sign up to a regular service. I offered to pay for a one-off clean which is what they'd offered originally but they're now refusing to accept this. Really aggressive owner - Liam - and assistant Olivia both calling up and getting angry over bins, making threats and throwing insults! So weird. I'm sure there are more professional companies out there."
