"We phoned the company to get a price on a part, quoting the model number of the fridge/freezer and giving a full part description. We were told they could not give us a quote over the phone and one of their engineers would have to attend. Nothing was said about a call out charge. Engineer arrived, confirmed the part was broken, did not open his tool box, or attempt a repair but did give a price on site, rather than over the phone. We were then charged over £100 for call out!! No parts included in this price I can assure you. Disgusted. Will never use again!! ] In response to reply. We did not request you attend, you insisted and no parts were ordered!!"

They have recently supplied and installed a new commercial Miele washing machine to our very busy Veterinary Clinic here at Polden Hills Veterinary Practice, Cossington. His product knowledge is second to none and we couldn't be happier with the machine that we have.
