"A very pleasant lady answered my initial phonecall and was able to book me in for the next day. She explained prices etc and was very professional and polite. The same applies to the engineer who arrived on time, smartly dressed in company clothes, and sorted my problem (ice forming in the bottom of the freezer) within half an hour.
