"We go to costa nearly every day and the staff are all excellent polite and are always very helpful nothing too much trouble Its a very well managed coffee shop. "My husband visits 3-4 times a week and I visit probably once a fortnight but I have to say that the coffee/breakfast is always piping hot and fresh but what makes this place is the staff. They are always helpful and friendly but the icing on the cake is Jacob. He is always so welcoming, knows exactly what you want, takes the time to ask how you are, makes an amazing coffee but is also very quick and efficient. I've seen him with other customers and he really makes you feel like you are the only customer in the cafe, not just the next person in the queue. He is a real credit to Costa and the reason for our return visits!"
