"I like the atmosphere of HMV given its the last DVD store in the country. Staff are helpful and informative. Only problem is that anime DVDs and Blu Rays are extortionately expensive, the blame lies on the distributor and studios and not the store. I miss the third floor they used to have open to customers, however they moved all of the products downstairs."
