"Desperately in need of a rethink. Poor layout, chaotic stacking and dumping of donated items, upstairs things are just haphazardly shoved in a corner that could easily be tripped over. Occasionally you'll find a worthwhile item, but very much pot luck. Staff and volunteers are friendly though, but don't expect them to be attentive on your arrival."
