"A thank you for really excellent service! We visited the very well organised shop on Tuesday 18th January, where Carolyn was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered a new integrated dishwasher and were told we would receive a call on Tuesday, 25th about delivery and installation. Sure enough, on Tuesday, 25th we received a call and our dishwasher was delivered and installed on the same day! The installation team were again very friendly and efficient and did a great job of removing our old machine and installing the new one (and the old one was taken away). We had mentioned that we were also looking for a new washing machine and photos and measurements were taken by the installers. The following morning we received a call from Carolyn with a quote and lots of useful info about the type of machine we were looking for. Again, excellent service.
