"Same as most of the reviews below. back in October I purchased a bathroom sink and toilet unit. They were quick to take my money…I then heard nothing. I had to chase and it transpired they had my order but hadn’t placed an order with their supplier to get the item to me…..essentially they took my £700 and then completely forgot. Today January 2023 I have half of the unit the other half still not arrived after over 20 calls and mails. I don’t think it’s coming but they don’t have the balls to say the have messed up. They have offered me 20% to keep what I have and buy parts myself else where it’s not enough to cover what’s missing…joke Do not touch with a barge pole. Spend your money else where. Also be aware they operate as 5 different companies one of which is better bathrooms, STEER CLEAR …."
"We ordered a cooker hood from here, although it was our mistake of ordering the incorrect size, the 2 boys at the collection desk were really really helpful. Gave good advice and were very respectful and kind young man. Definitely will use this company to order again. Highly recommended!!"
"Do not touch this company! I have been battling with this company since August 2022 and their faulty goods, awful customer service and general attitude absolutely stink. They do not care how they treat you. I have been told "we don't have to offer you any compensation" when I was lucky enough to get £10 for my troubles. The delivery date you choose is never honoured. The helpline is charged at 13p per minute. The respond to emails eventually. Their case managers are rude. Don't do it... go somewhere else. Even if they are cheaper, you will pay in time and costs trying to sort out their mistakes."
"Ordered a Samsung A42 for my mums Christmas present, I spent around £320 for the phone. I was sent a USED SAMSUNG S10+ the box was not sealed, the charger had been used and security seal was broken! It was actually sellotaped prior to noticing the seal was broken but i didn’t think much of it until I opened the package to find out I had a completely different phone to what i ordered. I rang customer service right away, they didn’t appear shocked. They asked me to take pictures of the item I received on Friday 10/11/2020 which is pictured below and they said they would investigate the matter. Fast forward to Wednesday 15th I still had no update/apology that someone had tried to fleece me out of my hard earned money. After phoning them back Myself i got the phone collected on 16th and received a full refund on 21st luckily giving me enough time to take my money elsewhere. Let’s face it, sending a used phone was intentional. That’s not an accident. Never will I use this company again. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you WANT to be messed about."
