"I ordered a pair of Snickers floorlayers knee pads on 4/10/22. I had tried to get these from several places and no one had any in stock. When I ordered them from Garment Graphix they were marked in stock. When they didn’t arrive I emailed them to be told they were in fact out of stock and wouldn’t be back in stock until mid November so I asked for a full refund which they had offered me in the reply to my email. I received an email from them on 14/10/22 saying that was the refund going through to my card and as of today 25/10/22 I still haven’t received it. I have phoned twice and spoken to the staff who are lovely but here I am £55.08 out of pocket. I can honestly say I will not be using this company again nor would I ever recommend them."

"The scrubs seem well made but the sizing doesn't reflect actual measurements it seems (trouser length far in excess of expected). Their delivery was rapid to be fair, item received well before expected date. To return it and exchange (to correct the erroneous size guide) would've cost too much to make it worthwhile. Not impressed with the customer service response when I asked for help. All in all, average experience."
