He stated it as if we asked for a markdown that was given to us out of discretion. I can understand the policy in regards to corporation discount but, the wording was out of order because; it came off like we were asking for extras, which were only querying and price matching. As well as today and as I mentioned previously, the atmosphere in the shop is very much aloof and dismissive. This isn’t just a problem in this store but, quite a few retail stores have this similar problem. Other than the incredibly poor customer service of this shop, the changing rooms are absolutely terrible and lack privacy for customers; they hardly have any room to spare in there. Because of this, I prefer to shop online, especially when you constantly feel harassed and racially profiled."

"Just been stopped at the door as assistant left the tag on my purchase ransacked my shopping in the most rude way. Like instead of taking out the shopping and having a proper look. It was like a three year old looking for sweets. Then another assistant thought she was wonder woman and decided to have a grapple with my shopping looking for stolen goods. Sorry to dissapoint you. You have got to be the worst customer service provider I have ever seen. Then argued with me when I complain about the shameful episode. Worst shop I've ever been in."
