"Absolutely terrible delivery service...I paid 5.99 for express delivery..had ordered sandals to match my dress fir a family christening... the should have arrived 2/9... I took the day off work to ensure I was in... then checked my tracking and the Yodel lady said my parcel was not with her and it was nothing to do with her!!!.. I started a chat on line and the adviser took my email address for my name and would not take the chat any further..I even provided my full name, order number and email address... shocking.. I then went into the store at Victoria centre Nottingham where the manager said that the online store was nothing to do with them..she did help me to go on line again start a new chat where the adviser said my order had been updated to be delivered 3/9... I asked for my refund of express delivery and he said I had to wait until it was delivered on the 3/9....unbelievable delivery service...Do not buy on line.. UNTRUSTWORTHY delivery service...spoilt my whole event.."
