I attended again to have an extraction and i felt at ease and got straight in the chair. "Dentist was late to the appointment and didn't apologise for the delay (she'd been out jogging on her lunch and misjudged her time, I think). She was then judgemental and rude during the appointment. Considering this was my first appointment there, it was really disappointing. Won't be returning."
