"I went down at 8am to ask for an emergency appointment. My bridge had broken, I was in agony. I didn't expect them to do repairs I just needed confirmation of infection and an antibiotic prescription. The man in front cancelled his wife's app for 9.45. When I asked if I could be seen as a private emergency the reception is was so nasty she made me cry, she said were not seeing new patients for 12months. I asked did she know anywhere else and she said try Walsall. Surely I could have had the 9.45 appointment. Very rude and unsympathetic."
