"There's a reason Shaft Motors get consistent 5 stars, and just won an award... Our BMW had an issue with the radio, I phoned Shaft due to the great reviews and was told it would be £50 to diagnose the issue (which later became £80 due the need of an extended diagnostic). The car was booked in within the week, damaged amplifier identified and replaced, vehicle returned within 3 days! We received videos of the issue and screenshots of the diagnostics. Don't be alarmed by the premises, it's rough and reminds me of the garage on EastEnders! The overall cost of the repair was a fraction of what a BMW garage, in fact any garage, would charge in a more than reasonable time. I'm really happy with the service."
