"Terrible customer service, broke my handbrake but told me it was already broken but clearly wasn’t and laughing about it to others staff. Then tried to superglue it!! Not professional at all. They didn’t even tell me it was broken until I sat in my car to drive off !! Would not trust this place at all!"
"Asked to replace front discs as warped and check rears. Gave me a price which was expensive but given the amount of good reviews I went with it. Got a call 3 hours later saying they’ve replaced the rears and will be doing fronts next. I did not need the rears replacing yet but they did so without asking me. I asked them to be checked only. When I went to pick it up the price has gone up substantially. I refused to pay it as they had agreed a price before. The “manager”checked with another “manager” and they said they’ll give me discount to bring the price back to what they originally quoted. After picking it up the brakes were screeching really bad. Took it straight back and they said bring it back tomorrow as was end of the day. Collected again after they had assured me it’s fixed but the screeching noise was still there as soon as I drove off even though they claimed to have test driven it. I had to rebook for the following Monday as I had to go to work. I booked into Millfields Road as didn’t trust Dudley Rd anymore. They agreed to have a look and told me the discs and pads weren’t fitted properly. They had to replace what they had fitted but as it was only a few days it was all done under warranty. They rectified the shameful and potentially dangerous work Dudley Rd did for free."
