"Great food and brilliant coffee. Ended up with two coffees as the first receipt printed twice which instead of pouring down the sink like most businesses the guys offered me both, great service. Thanks"
"This is the best Starbucks by far. The service is exceptional and the drinks are always on point. I visit pretty much everyday and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Wanted to thank each member of staff in the store for always going above and beyond."
"Pretty small for a Starbucks. It felt too noisy, there was nowhere to sit that wasn't under the speakers. It was a struggle to hear what the cashier was saying. Coconut flat white was vile. The cup it was served in was too small to hold properly. I know it's a small drink, but it was awkward to hold. If you have dexterity issues you'd struggle with it. Lots of tables hadn't been cleared. If I went again I'd just get takeout."
"Date visited- 13/07/2022 @12:10 Visited to buy coffee beans and waiting time was ridiculous. Waited around 10mins to get served. Nice location but very poorly managed - On that day I did smell very awful smell from the toilet that was overpowering the coffee aroma smell . Which you don’t usually expect to smell in the coffee shops. Only two staffs to cover the busy area, (not that busy at that time but they didn’t have enough time to clean the tables and toilet i guess) You can see the pictures that clearly shows how many were there and two ladies were on their own behind the counter. Bin was full behind the counter as well. If you asked me whether I would visit again for a coffee- nope : unless it’s dramatically changed. Never seen any starbucks like this - staffs need some multitasking. No parking next to this shop, but can park at your own risk for £0.60/20mins on the road - 3 mins walk from the shop, or park in wulfrun/mander centre. Disable and wheelchair access available"
"Absolutely livid to be honest. I came to get a drink for my friend and it’s not the first time the drink hasn’t been made correctly. It seems to be the same barista making them each time I’ve been and there has always been an issue. The drink was blended for about 5-10 seconds abs given to me. gave it to my friend and she couldn’t even mix the drink as it had chunks of ice in. Tried the drink myself and it was bitter and had no taste of the caramel Frappuccino it was meant to be. The top layer of the drink was completely fine but from the pictures it’s obvious the other 3/4 of the drink was completely undrinkable. Was basically frozen oat milk . Not to mention when I have bought drinks for myself I have requested dairy free products as I have a dairy allergy, has been noted on the receipt and I have then either watched 10 other drinks been made and mine been forgotten about (which shouldn’t happen as there are different blenders for milk alternatives) or I have been given dairy milk in my drink and vegan cream or the alternative with dairy cream."
