"Willenhall Branch- Extremely poor and rude service, which included arguing for no reason! And the service definitely isn't friendly! They mixed up drinks that had dietry need, and didn't know how to make other drinks without asking! Had to do the drinks twice as poorly marked so not identifying dietry need! Not really understaffed as they claim, just poorly trained, and lacking in decent equipment to provide a good service. Food was burnt and inedible, and we witnessed similar events around us! Drinks were extremely over-priced for what they are, and to have to pay extra for a splash of different milk (soya) is highway robbery, in fact if they'd greet customers by shouting 'Stand and Deliver' it would have been more understandable. We won't be returning, sorry!"

"This review is about DEEDEE's Family cafe in the RANGE battlefield Shrewsbury and yes there's no Google reviews on the Internet anyway ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE FOR MONEY paid over £18 and got nothing for the money, £1.50 for 3 kid size slices of garlic bread, 1 jacket potato smaller than a tennis ball, filled with 1 tablespoon of tuna with mayo and a small pieces of salad, and paid for extra sides 99p which was a mistake to buy, got a tablespoon of coleslaw and also burger and chips was a joke should have gone to MCDONALD'S in which we all know that their proportion amount are small but they are better quality than DEEDEE'S CAFE. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY."

"Such a disappointing visit. We were waiting in the queue for at least half an hour as the woman serving was so slow. It was extremely busy but she showed no sense of urgency in serving people quickly. She's been in a bad mood before when we've been for a drink. I once tried to help by cleaning up the tray and putting the plates on there, I got no thank you and she completely blanked me. However considering how busy it was they only had two members of staff working. One cooking meals in the kitchen and one serving at the counter. This meant if you were waiting for a meal you could be left waiting up to an hour to get it. They need more staff and nicer staff too. Will be giving it a miss the next time we're at the range."

"Ordered some food and drinks. Woman who served us was clearly in a bad mood. When she barked "anything else?" I thought as she'd not grabbed the sausage roll yet that she'd forgotten. She proper snapped at me that the oven was being used so she couldn't heat it up yet. I ordered cream too too. Tiniest spoon of jam (and note she asked me what flavour jam in a way that I'd really angered her) Jam only covered 1 half so I had half a cream tea. She wasn't happy that I wanted coffee with it and I really regret ordering it. Americano is a strong coffee. I had brown tastless water. I was just too scared to say anything to her, but I won't go back! So why 1 star, you ask. My husband said his sausage roll was nice. So was his cappuccino..... Really expensive too there so poor value."

"Me and my partner came here for a drink, he also had a bacon bap which he said was lovely (and he's very fussy) Rita was the lady who served us and she was absolutely lovely as well, I was also served by another lady but can't remember her name and she was also very friendly. Would recommend people try it out, good food and friendly staff :)"
