"Been a good paying customer for last couple of years and have tried countless times since November for a loan and the same message always appears saying that due to a high number of applications they won’t be taking on anymore,called home buy a couple of weeks ago and was told that they will be taking on new applications and to try again after a week,same message showed up,I’ve given up completely on this company,they no longer offer household goods or loans,dont take on any new customers either,don’t waste your time on their website as they offer nothing,company clearly going down the pan"

"Worst company ever, promised me a bed and to hear back from someone within a week for delivery. waited the week no response contacted their Representative who sold me the bed and he wasn't helpful one bit saying I'll get them to call you blah blah blah. Eventually money was being taken from my bank account for a bed in which i hadn't received or had confirmation from. I phoned the actual company up and they gave me an apology. In which i responded by telling them i want a refund of the money they took out and for my order to be cancelled as i had been waiting 4 weeks to hear back from anyone. In which the women replied rudely saying I'd receive a check in the post this was almost another month ago and still no sign of any of it back. Absolutely fuming. Do not get involved with this company."

"225 New Hey Road Woodchurch Merseyside CH498HA Dear sir/Madam, We applied online to buy a bed from you. The representative was supposed to phone and come out on Tuesday 22/09/2015 and never showed up. After phoning him he agreed to come out 23/09/2015. He arrived at the house and even before reaching the door was writing out a “sorry we missed you card”. I went out to speak to him where he told me that you would be unable to help as our double glazing was broken; I explained that we were in rented accommodation and that we were witnesses in a court case and the youths involved had broken the windows. He said that due to the broken glass we would not be accepted for credit????? I can honestly say that I have never heard of anything like this before and will make sure that I notify as many people as possible about your company’s strange criteria so that they can be made aware in case they were thinking of applying. I could understand if we had bad credit etc but being told that we could not get a bed due to a broken pane of glass downstairs is a new one on me.
