"We have just had a new kitchen and appliances supplied and fitted by empire , we had looked at other company's but after speaking to Paige we knew this was the right company to go with, Paige was brilliant through out great to speak too nothing was too much trouble, she is very professional and nice to speak too. The sales service was brilliant from initially Paige coming to the house and making suggestions on space saving ideas as well as how to make the kitchen look brighter and enhance it in what is a very small kitchen area. The fitter Martin who they recommend was very good, a hard worker, he informed us on how the week would go and if asked would change things as requested by us, also contacting us if any query's or where we wanted things put. After the kitchen is fitted Paige comes back to the house for the sign off and checks all the units are in good shape with no scratches ,scuffs or any other damage and will order replacements if this is the case. And finally a touch of class from Paige by giving my wife a lovely bouquet of flowers to thank us for our business. we would highly recommend to anybody Empire appliances and kitchens. Thank you Paige for making it all come together as we wanted."

"Well what can I say, these guys are brilliant. I said that I’d never use a big company again to buy out appliances (saying no names). We brought a fridge freezer and it was delivered and installed quickly with no problems. Fantastic service and highly recommended."

"We used to use Empire all the time and it would be our first 'port of call' for any 'white goods' etc, hence it would have been a 5 star review. The gent who runs it (and I think it is his daughter) is faultless in his customer care and service. However, the loss of one star is down to an experience a few months back, 'price match' wasn't applied (but it was post covid and tough times for independent retailers, so I 'let this slide') still a decent price however. The problem comes from their 'independent' fitter who said the cooker we bought wouldn't be supported by electrics and the previous fitting was unsafe, so we needed repairs and a new hob as well. Surprise surprise he could come back same day and do the necessary changes (on reflection I feel a right mug) and arranged a new hob (but seemingly not with the boss at Empire) The previous fitter/electrician came out (free of charge) double checked and said they would stand by the work (I didn't divulge supplier out of courtesy to Empire). This left us with a lesser hob, compared to the old one and extra cost ALL due to a fitter who seemingly saw a chance for a bit of extra cash. Tip, by all means go to Empire for your white goods (good prices and great customer service), just get your own fitter and electrician rather than the independent guy (D) they used at the time Not going to punish Empire with more stars lost due to a third party's actions (Empire would definitely get 5 normally)."
