"Ordered special vermicelli special chow mein in sauce... what I got was a dry chow mein with rice noodles... delivery was within 5 mins of ordering. I would like to know the make and model of their microwave cos I want one. Bye bye kowloon house, never again Gave them another chance. Same precooked frozen microwaved garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE"
"Used them for over 2 years now and never had a single complaint. Always delicious, always fresh and piping hot. Even my husband has never moaned and that's a real rarity. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else"
"First time trying this takeaway, if it was only possible to give negative stars I would. Waited a hour and a half for our food only for it to arrive looking and tasting like it had been cooked sometime earlier in the afternoon. The ribs looked like someone had wrapped jerky around a dog treat (the ones that had meat on that is), the chips could have been used as nails they were that hard and the processed chicken in the curry was as bland and tasteless as the sauce. Only thing that was ok was the prawn crackers. It's very rare I write negative reviews as I usually find some redeeming qualities, but I struggled with this place. I'll pay them for their time but they'll never see another penny from me."
